Accounts found to belong to users under this age will be permanently removed without notice.

Report violations directly in the app or by emailing us. Reports are reviewed promptly — accounts under active review may be suspended during investigation.

- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
- Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM in any form
- Using the platform to coordinate or facilitate the exploitation of minors
Violations result in immediate permanent account termination.
Legal Compliance
NCMEC Reporting
Qontra complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Any discovered CSAM is reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
