This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and DGZ Games ("Licensor", "we", "us") governing your use of the Qontra mobile application and any associated services (collectively, the "App").
By installing, downloading, or using the App, you accept the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, DGZ Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to:
This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, distribute, or transfer the App to any third party. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by DGZ Games.
The App is licensed, not sold. Your license is tied to your use of the App; you do not own a copy of the App in the traditional sense.
You may not, and you may not permit others to:
The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to DGZ Games. Title to the App and all worldwide intellectual property rights therein remain exclusively with DGZ Games. This EULA does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos associated with DGZ Games or Qontra are owned by DGZ Games. Nothing in this EULA grants you any right to use them.
With respect to User Content: you retain ownership of content you create. By generating User Content through the App, you grant DGZ Games a limited license to process and store that content solely as necessary to provide App functionality — this is primarily a local operation on your device.
DGZ Games may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or new versions of the App via the Google Play Store. These updates may modify or delete functionality, fix bugs, or add new features.
By continuing to use the App after an update, you accept the updated App and any changes to this EULA that accompany it. DGZ Games is under no obligation to provide updates or to maintain prior versions.
DGZ Games reserves the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice or liability.
The App may include open-source components or third-party libraries. These components are governed by their respective licenses, which may differ from this EULA. A list of included open-source components and their licenses is available within the App under Settings → About → Open Source Licenses.
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and policies, which are separate from this EULA.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DGZ GAMES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such cases, the exclusions above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DGZ GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:
DGZ Games' total aggregate liability to you for all claims under this EULA shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.
The foregoing limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
This EULA is effective from the date you first install or use the App and continues until terminated.
Termination by You: You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling all copies of the App from your Device(s).
Termination by DGZ Games: DGZ Games may terminate this EULA immediately and without notice if you breach any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall all copies.
The following sections survive termination of this EULA: Sections 4, 7, 8, and 9.
The App may be subject to United States export laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international export laws and regulations. You represent that you are not a citizen of, or located within, an embargoed or sanctioned country, and that you are not otherwise prohibited from receiving the App.
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and DGZ Games with respect to the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding its subject matter.
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions will remain in full force.
DGZ Games' failure to enforce any right or provision of this EULA is not a waiver of that right or provision.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
