                Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DGZFirewall. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the application.
            

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DGZ Games ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the DGZFirewall mobile application ("Application") available on Android devices via Google Play.

By installing or using DGZFirewall, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to abide by them.

2 Description of Service

DGZFirewall is a free Android application that provides on-device network firewall functionality. The Application uses Android's standard VPN Service API to create a local network interface that can inspect, allow, or block network traffic on a per-application basis.

Core service capabilities include:

Per-app network access control (block or allow individual apps)
Real-time connection monitoring and logging
IP geolocation lookup for blocked connection destinations
Boot-persistent firewall protection
Automatic blocking of newly installed apps (optional)
Notification and alert system for firewall events

                DGZFirewall operates entirely on your device. We do not operate proxy servers, VPN tunnels to our infrastructure, or any relay for your network traffic. The "VPN" in DGZFirewall refers solely to a local Android API feature.
            

3 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Determining which apps to block and understanding the consequences of doing so
Ensuring that blocking certain apps does not violate the terms of service of those apps or any applicable law
Maintaining the security and integrity of your device
Any data loss or functionality issues that result from blocking specific applications
Compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

4 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use DGZFirewall to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of any network, system, or service you do not have authorization to access
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Application
Use the Application as part of any scheme to harm, defraud, or deceive others
Circumvent or disable any security features or limitations implemented in the Application
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits another person's use of any service or network

5 Google Play and Third-Party Platforms

DGZFirewall is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Developer Program Policies. DGZ Games is not responsible for any actions, policies, or failures of Google LLC or any other third-party platform.

In addition to these Terms, your use of DGZFirewall is subject to the terms of your device manufacturer and mobile carrier.

6 Advertising

DGZFirewall is a free application supported by banner advertising via Google AdMob. Ads are displayed within the app UI and do not interact with the VPN or firewall layer. You acknowledge that Google AdMob is a third-party service and that Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the advertising component of DGZFirewall.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, logos, and code included in or associated with DGZFirewall ("DGZFirewall Intellectual Property") are owned by or licensed to DGZ Games. You are granted no rights in any DGZFirewall Intellectual Property except as expressly set forth in these Terms or the accompanying EULA.

8 Disclaimers

DGZFirewall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. DGZ Games does not warrant that:

The Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
The results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable
The quality of any product, service, or information obtained through the Application will meet your expectations
IP geolocation data will be accurate or up-to-date

DGZ Games makes no representation that DGZFirewall provides complete security against all network threats, unauthorized access, or data breaches.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DGZ Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use DGZFirewall, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or functionality due to app blocking
Device performance issues caused by the VPN service layer
Inaccurate IP geolocation results
Security incidents not prevented by the Application

10 Modifications to Service and Terms

DGZ Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue DGZFirewall at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Application after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Application shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts having jurisdiction over DGZ Games.
