End User License Agreement

                By downloading, installing, or using DGZFirewall, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
            

1 Grant of License

DGZ Games ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use DGZFirewall (the "Application") on Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, redistribute, resell, or make the Application available to any third party.

2 Description of the Application

DGZFirewall is a free Android application that uses Android's built-in VPN API to create a local on-device network filter. It allows you to:

Block or allow network traffic on a per-application basis
Monitor inbound and outbound connection attempts in real time
View connection logs including destination IP addresses and protocols
Look up approximate geographic locations of blocked IP addresses via a third-party API
Automatically restart firewall protection after device reboot

                All firewall processing occurs locally on your device. DGZ Games does not receive, store, or transmit your firewall rules, blocked app lists, or connection logs.
            

3 Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Application
Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Attempt to circumvent any security or technical protection measures
Use the Application to interfere with or disrupt networks or services you do not own

4 VPN Service Disclaimer

DGZFirewall uses the Android VPN Service API to create a local virtual private network interface on your device. This is a local-only, on-device tunnel — your traffic is not routed through any external server operated by DGZ Games.

By using DGZFirewall, you acknowledge:

Blocking certain apps or services may cause those apps to malfunction or lose functionality
DGZ Games is not responsible for any data loss, service interruption, or device issues caused by network blocking
The Application may affect battery usage and system performance while the VPN service is active
You are solely responsible for determining which apps to block and the consequences of doing so
VPN functionality requires the "VPN Service" Android permission, which is granted via Android's standard VPN consent dialog

5 Advertising

DGZFirewall is offered free of charge and is supported by banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the Application, you acknowledge that:

Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, and usage data subject to Google's Privacy Policy
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's Google advertising settings
Advertising is displayed in the application interface and does not interact with the VPN or firewall functionality

6 Intellectual Property

The Application and all copies thereof are proprietary to DGZ Games and title thereto remains in DGZ Games. All applicable rights in all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights in or associated with the Application are and will remain in DGZ Games.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DGZ GAMES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DGZ Games does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DGZ GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF DGZ GAMES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

DGZ Games' total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application (which, being a free app, is zero).

9 Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices. DGZ Games may also terminate this EULA at any time by discontinuing the Application.

10 Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where DGZ Games is based.

11 Changes to This EULA

DGZ Games reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.
